  • Can I use my health insurance plan?
    Yes, our therapists are licensed Osteopaths, Acupuncturists, and registered massage therapists and you will receive a receipt for most major health insurance providers. We ask our patients to kindly check with your insurance provider to check your coverage plan or to see if a doctor’s referral letter is required before you book your session.
  • Why Almax?
    Sergey brings his former experience of being a Physician to Almax Health Clinic. He treats his patients with the same care as he would in Europe, but he ensures the investment in education for himself and his team to continue growing in their respective therapeutic and client service approach.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 3271 Bloor St West, Unit 201 on the 2nd floor of the Montgomery Building. It is located on Bloor, in between Islington and Royal York.
  • Is there parking?
    There is Green P parking along the front of the building and another large lot across the street.
  • Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
    Yes, there is an elevator, simply let us know when booking your appointment in the notes online or let our administrative assistant know when booking over the phone.
  • How much does an appointment cost?
    All our prices are available on our online booking through Janeapp. If it is your first time booking at Almax, please choose the Initial assessment and treatment option.
  • Can I bring my x-rays?
    We ask that if you have previous imaging results such as X-ray, MRI, or ultrasound, that you kindly bring them or email them to us for your initial assessment, more information is always better.
